Katie A. Anderson is the owner of Anderson Family Law and has been practicing exclusively family law since 2000. Katie became a Certified Family Law Specialist in 2007. She is an active member in both the legal community and community at large. Katie has served on the Board of Directors for the Lawyer Referral Services and the North County Bar Association. She has volunteered her time to assist litigants in “Drug Court, “ and has co-chaired the Youth in Court program. Prior to Katie’s admission to the bar, she was a fourth-grade elementary school teacher for the Santa Ana Unified School District.

Nicole Boros has been practicing law since 2008 and is a Certified Family Law Specialist. Ms. Boros founded her own law firm located in Carlsbad and provides representation to clients throughout San Diego County. Her practice is exclusive to family law, with a particular emphasis on cases involving children. She specializes in cases involving professional athletes and the complexities that arise therefrom. Heidi Collier grew up in San Diego and never left. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree from the University of California San Diego in 1993 and earned her law degree from the University of San Diego in 1996. For nearly 30 years, Heidi has dedicated her legal practice to the field of family law. She has served as a Settlement Conference Judge Pro Tem since 2005 and has served two terms on the Board of Directors for the San Diego Family Law Bar Association. Morgan Dobis is a partner at RATZER|DOBIS. Morgan has exclusively practiced family law since her admission to the bar in 2012. In 2018, she earned the designation as a Certified Legal Specialist in Family Law, as certified by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization. Morgan represents clients in cases ranging from complex, contested matters including high-asset property division matters, contested child custody issues, spouses who refuse to work, high wage earners and spouses who try to hide their true income or conceal assets to simple uncontested matters.
Morgan is a California native who grew up in Big Bear Lake, California. She attended the University of La Verne where she played softball. Myra Chack Fleischer founded Fleischer & Ravreby in 2001. Fleischer serves as Lead Counsel with a focus on divorce, property, custody and support, settlement agreements, mediation, asset division and family law appeals. She has been practicing law in San Diego since 1997 with experience in civil litigation and family law.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Myra worked for 10 years as an accountant in public accounting and then as the controller of international mid-sized software company. Her financial background combined with her law expertise is a key factor in Myra’s success in representing clients in cases where there are issues involving complex asset divisions. Steven has been licensed to practice law in California since June 2000 and has been practicing family law since 2004. After a career as a professional dancer, Annette attended the University of California at San Diego as a writing major with a minor in French Literature. She graduated Summa cum Laude. She was also inducted into UCSD’s chapter of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. She then attended California Western School of Law on a full academic scholarship, graduating Cum Laude.
Annette is a litigator and a mediator practicing in San Diego and Los Angeles. Annette has been practicing exclusively in family law since she graduated from law school in 2003. She opened her own family law practice in 2005. Annette became a Certified Family Law Specialist in 2015, a fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) in 2018, a San Diego Super Lawyers in 2019, and a fellow in the International Academy of Family Lawyers in 2020. She’s on the AAML Southern California Chapter Board of Directors and is a former President of the San Diego Family Law Bar Association Board of Directors.
Annette loves her work because she believes that assisting families in moving through the challenges of family law cases is important work that is not meant for the faint-of-heart. In her spare time, Annette enjoys cooking, yoga, travel, and attending as much theater and ballet as her schedule permits.
Mr. Jenkins is certified by the California State Bar as a family law specialist (CLS-F). As a certified family law specialist, Mr. Jenkins handles divorces, child and spousal support issues, custody disputes, domestic violence restraining orders, pre and post nuptial agreements and contempt actions. He also engages in private dispute resolution as both a mediator and in the collaborative divorce setting. Mr. Jenkins is a member of the Collaborative Family Law Group of San Diego.
Andrew Johnson is a Certified Family Law Specialist, licensed to practice Family Law in both California and Montana. Mr. Johnson became a member of the California State Bar in 2000, and over the past 23 years has worked for Basie and Fritz Attorney’s at Law and the Law Offices of James A. Hennenhoefer A.P.C where he was a partner before opening his own practice in 2011. Mr. Johnson earned a Masters Degree in Accounting from San Diego State University (1995), and his undergraduate degree was earned at the University of Denver (1986). Mr. Johnson served in the United States Navy as an officer and aviator from 1987 to 2005 and retired from the United States Navy Reserve as a Commander (2005).

Amy Lass, a certified family law specialist, was born in New York and raised in San Diego, California. Amy graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 2003 with a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Enterprise Accounting. Amy went on to earn her law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and graduated cum laude in 2006. During her time at Thomas Jefferson, Amy spent a summer semester in Nice, France studying comparative constitutional law under Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg.
Amy realized her dream of opening her own law practice after working at a large and prestigious family law firm in San Diego. Amy decided to partner with John and Catie and the Griffith, Young & Lass team was formed. Amy brings to the team exceptional skill in dispute resolution, mediation and legal knowledge as well as a valuable network of relationships in the family law community with judges, attorneys and experts in the field.
Julie Mack has spent over twenty years building the unique skills necessary to guide her clients through the maze of divorce in a way that allows them to focus on building a new life.
